The Story Of What May Have Led To Sack Of OAP Freeze From Cool FM

freezeSources have traced the genesis of the controversy that led to Freeze’s sack from Cool Fm to last friday when Bovi posted a picture of a cat with the shadow of a lion  depicting how people behave in real life and on social media and captioned it “This just made me Freeze! Thank God for Fire. #apt”.

Many inferred that it was a swipe directed at the OAP, especially after Basketmouth reposted it on his own page captioned it: “They bark but can’t bite”.

In retaliation, Freeze then posted the throwback photo of himself with Basketmouth’s wife Elsie who some sources say he previously had a relationship and captioned it: “I had lots of hair before I started balding, LOL. “Someone said I looked like Lucious Lyon.”

The controversial picture

He was probably referring to Bovi’s post, but used it to throw a shade at Basketmouth. The controversial OAP has since deleted the picture.

According to insiders, Basketmouth and some of his friends may have allegedly influenced the development after informing the management of Cool FM how they were not comfortable with the OAP shading someone’s wife. What broke the camel’s back was when some listeners of the radio station called in to lament their disappointment over the Elsie shade saga and Lebanese businessman, Amin Moussalli, who owns the radio station alongside Wazobia FM and Info FM, took the final decision to sack Freeze.
