Nigeria’s Minister Of Information on April 28, 2017 gladly announced to CNN’s Richard Quest that Senegal makes the best jollof rice.

‘“Which country makes the best jollof rice.“Richard Quest asked the Minister with a plate of nicely cooked jollof in his hand;

“I want to say probably Senegal,” Mr. Mohammed responded.
