“Cool FM Is More Than Family To Me, It Is A Brand” – OAP Freeze

Few days ago, reports had it that Daddy Freeze was no longer a staff of Cool FM as a result of his fall out with Comedian, Basket Mouth which the OAP took to Instagram to say that the rumours were untrue.

Replying the reports, Freeze said “Yes, there are issues stemming from a meeting over presenters fees yesterday, details of which I choose not to discuss, because of the respect I have for Mr Moussalli and his family and Coolfm, but trust me, it has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with Basket mouth or social media…….”

The OAP spoke exclusively with BN a couple of minutes ago to clear up ALL the rumours from over the weekend.

According to him, the most important thing is that Cool FM knows where his loyalty lies. He says Cool FM is like his family and like in any family there will be issues, but you always work through them and move on. He says he and his boss (who he calls his father), had a long talk this morning over all the drama over the weekend. Freeze admits that it was disheartening for him to wake up and see such false stories being reported about him.

Thankful for an opportunity to clear the air, he says that he is right where he belongs and he is going nowhere.

According to him, he has been with Cool FM right from his NYSC days in 2001 and it is more than a family to him, it is a brand.

He even shared a photo with his boss to prove it.
